Altemose Constructors Inc at 2880 Bergey Road # D, Hatfield, Pennsylvania.

I rented an office space from Altemose 1 year ago. The parking (which is a make/break deal for me) was grossly misrepresented (to the point when I said something to a long term tennant they were legit shocked and said parking has ALWAYS been an issue). Once they got my lease agreement they turned incredibly rude and didn't answer phone calls/emails/went on vacation without any notice and there was no one else to help with the problem. I spoke to Roger in lieu of Jennifer today. Having been in customer service so long I was legit SHOCKED with how he treated me....I get better treatment at Walmart! Several terms of my contract was breached. In this area commercial real estate to rent averages $10-13/sq ft. I paid them just shy of $23 so I wouldn't have to be bothered with hooking up electric and internet. (Oh and BTW the internet is SOOO SLOW but I think its because its cable so they went the cheapest route humanly possible). The cleaner routinely left my door unlocked (to the point I stopped complaining), left it open, left other people's keys on my desk, there were so many cobwebs and dead insects when I moved out I'm not sure why cleaning was included in part of the lease. I cleaned what needed to be myself. Please don't give yourself the headache of dealing with them. You can get cheaper and better elsewhere.
